AMO JEWEL Apparel partners with global jewelry merchants in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.

This means that your order is shipped from our global suppliers - usually overseas. Unfortunately our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in other  countries, your item may take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

  • How much is shipping?
  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. 
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
  • This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 1-5 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
  • Unfortunately our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
    • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
    • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
    • If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
    • Are the "FREE" items really free?
    • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
    • Are there any other costs I need to pay?
    • With any Free Products we only ask customers to cover the small packaging and shipping costs to ship their order (around $3.99 to $9.99 anywhere in the world). AMOJEWEL cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay any extra costs.

      •  We order a vast amount of products every week, this allows us to get the lowest possible price. We also have special rates with our logistics partners which ensures we keep shipping and packaging charges to a minimum.

      • Why do you give your products away for free?
      • One of our goals at AMO JEWEL has always been to make the latest fashionable and stylish products available for everyone and sometimes we are able to offer this as part of a promotional offer.
      • Are there any other rules around ordering your free products?
      • If ordered with full price products, the shipping cost will still be charged for each free item ordered even though the full priced items may be described as having free shipping. A maximum of 25 free products can be ordered at any one time. If you require more than this then a separate order will have to be placed and the shipping cost will apply to each free product that is ordered. No Free products can be returned.
      • What is your refund policy?
      • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
      • In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 1-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 30 days. Thanks for understanding!
